Study Day in 24 Hours! We still need healthy snacks, general snacks, and beverages!

Thanks to everyone for your incredible generosity. We've had 65% of the food we need pledged - our greatest needs now are snacks, healthy snacks, and beverages - but entrees seem to be well-covered. (We've also had dozens of donations of casseroles, mac 'n cheese, etc. that aren't reflected in the spreadsheet.) We have over TWENTY extra meat chili donations that the graph can't reflect! Fantastic!

We really appreciate your willingness to serve and could not make this day happen without your help. A couple notes:

If you are bringing food: Please drop it off in the upstairs kitchen by Thursday night, Dec. 17; please bring all food in disposable containers labeled “Study Day” and place in the appropriate location (there will be labeled food carts for dry goods and containers/spaces in the refrigerator/freezer).

If you are volunteering to work on Study Day: Upon your arrival, please make your way to the information desk upstairs in the atrium. Simply sign-in and you will be directed to your assigned service location/job!

If you haven't currently signed-up: Please complete the online registration at https://www.blackhawkchurch.org/connect/popup_online_signup.php?id=33 and know that we are currently in the greatest need of beverages, salads/veggies, and snacks!

We need more food and beverages!

The greatest needs are for the snacks/munchies - both fun (chex mixes, chips) and healthy (fruits and veggies - drop 'em off raw - we'll make the nice looking trays!)! We're also really low on beverages - we have 1,000 bottles of water pledged, but juice, gatorade, and soda are all still needed!

Study Day Tutors!

This semester we've again compiled a grid of when tutors will be available on study day, and what subjects they specialize in. We've got people who know everything from math (algebra to calc 3!) to chemistry to engineering to Spanish! And of course lots of friendly faces to edit your papers!

Please consider taking advantage of these skilled professionals (many are professors, TAs and graduate students!) and stopping by the tutoring station (south end of the atrium) on study day! Click the grid below to view a close up of our tutors and when they'll be at study day!
